Juniper Maids is Kim and Jevon, two Dallas locals, and a small group of cleaners we vet ourselves. We started it because getting a house cleaned here was harder than it needed to be, and we thought the whole thing could be simpler.

The story
It started with our own house. A newborn, two jobs, and a house that kept falling behind.
So we did what everyone does and started calling cleaning companies. The first would not quote anything without walking the house. The second gave a number on the phone and a different one after the visit. The third never called back. When someone finally came the clean was good — and then the same person did not come again, we re-explained the dog and the nursery, and moving a single week took four texts and a voicemail.
Between us we have lived all over this metroplex: apartments near Addison, the Village in Dallas after college, a Richardson townhome, Allen where one of us went to high school, Carrollton, Plano. We know which houses have the hard water and which have the dusty vents, and we knew the cleaning itself was never the problem. The business around the cleaning was. Prices that only exist after a walkthrough. Schedules held in someone's head. No record of what your home actually needs.
So we built the version we wanted to hire. A price you see before you book, from bedrooms, bathrooms and how often. A calendar you pick from yourself. An account that holds your address, your gate code and your notes, so the team arrives already knowing your home. Free reschedules and skips up to 24 hours ahead, because weeks change.
We started on our own street in Coppell and grew by referral into the cities around it. That is still how most of our clients find us.

Say something within two days of a visit and we return to redo what was missed, free. If the second visit still is not right, that clean is not charged at all.

The flat rate you see at booking is the one on the invoice. Add-ons are priced individually and only charged when you ask for them. Nothing is charged until the clean is done.

Above and beyond
If we notice something that needs work, we clean it, even when it sits outside the scope you booked. We would rather leave the whole home right than stop at the edge of a checklist.
Giving back
Helping out our neighbors in need
We regularly clean a home free for a neighbor who cannot manage it themselves — someone recovering from surgery, a family in the middle of treatment, a household that has had a hard month. Clients nominate them, and we do not publicise who they are.
Supplies come from businesses in the cities we serve, and the cleaners we work with live in those same neighborhoods.

If you clean well and show up when you say you will, we would like to talk. Experience helps but is not required — we train, and we would rather teach our standard than undo someone else's.
