Most cleaning companies still run on phone calls and text threads. Every Juniper Maids client gets an account instead: book and change services, tell us how you want your home cleaned, and keep a record of every visit. And if you would rather pick up the phone or text, that option is always open.
What you can do
Book and add services
Start a recurring plan, book a one-time clean, or add a service to a visit that is already on the calendar. Prices are flat and shown before you confirm, so there is no estimate to wait on and no invoice surprise afterwards.

Notes for your cleaners
Write down how you want your home cleaned and it stays on your account. The assigned team reads your notes before every visit, so a preference you set in March is still being followed in November, whoever is cleaning that day.
