Cleaning in Las Colinas and Irving.

This is our closest city and our least suburban one. High-rise apartments over the canals, townhomes in Cottonwood Valley, and lofts near Water Street — smaller footprints, harder access, and a lot of people arriving or leaving on a corporate timeline.

Getting in is half the job

A house has a driveway. A tower on Lake Carolyn has a front desk, a visitor list, a garage with a height limit and a service elevator that has to be reserved. We ask for those details once, keep them in your account, and handle the building the same way every visit.

If your building needs a certificate of insurance on file, ask and we will send it before your first clean.

Smaller homes, closer quarters

A one- or two-bedroom unit is a different job from a five-bedroom in Southlake. Kitchens are compact and used hard, bathrooms have no window, and everything is within sight of everything else — so a missed surface is obvious.

Weekly and biweekly are both common here, and short-notice single visits are easier for us to fit than in the outer cities.

The parts we cover

The Urban Center and the towers around Williams Square, Lake Carolyn and the Mandalay Canal.
